Thonet no. 16 style ‘Sweetheart ‘chairs

These bistro chairs in Jugendstil are made out of steam-bent beechwood, a traditional method used for lightweight but sturdy seating with a dark stained wood finish
The curved backrest with twin heart motif, the round seat and tapered legs make this a very elegant chair.
Only small signs of use, in good condition
Marked COP 02 and dated November 2002 at the bottom of the seat
