This music cabinet in rich mahogany wood and flower marquetry consists of two separate sections and has an original brass lock with key and handles
The lower section has two doors with vertical ribbed grissinato-style door panels, suggesting that it served as a sound box
The upper section is lockable and has two flaps; one folds open at the front and the top panel can be folded back
Both parts are labelled and dated (1954) on the back
